Job summary

The University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, IN, seeks a ServiceNow Developer to join the Office of Information Technology’s Enterprise Platforms team. This high-impact role leads AI-driven automation, platform engineering, and integration efforts to modernize enterprise services campus-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
• ServiceNow development experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Strong software development and architecture background with DB/data modeling knowledge.
• Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HR and ITSM self-service and ticket reduction.
• Design and implement intelligent features using native ServiceNow capabilities (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI/NLU).
• Own the full lifecycle—from requirements to deployment—for platform modernization.
• Lead major module implementations (GRC, Asset Management, Employee Center) end-to-end.
• Design and implement seamless integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Ensure platform stability, upgrades, performance, and continuous optimization.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with functional users across the University.
