SMS Data Products Group, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow developer to support the AFRL Application Development team at Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM. The role emphasizes configuring systems, low code/no code workflows, and Agile/Scrum adherence to deliver secure, scalable applications.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of web development experience, DoD SECRET clearance, CSA certification within 6 months, and proven ServiceNow expertise to meet mission-critical needs.

Qualificações

• Three to five years of software development experience in a web environment.
• Experience with object-oriented programming principles and software development methodologies.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance required; CSA certification within 6 months.
• Proven ServiceNow developer experience or on a similar platform.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications with JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize efficiency and user experience.
• Apply Agile/Scrum lifecycle processes and document customer requirements.
• Integrate AFRL applications with data sources and maintain installation procedures.
• Develop user/administrator documentation per customer specs and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to DISA STIGs and government enterprise standards.
