Job summary

Abacus Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to provide application development support for an enterprise program at Joint Base Andrews. This is a full-time position located in Camp Springs, MD.

You will develop ITSM, ITBM and ITAM workflows, dashboards, and user experiences in collaboration with the HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team and government stakeholders, while maintaining SDLC best practices and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in software development focused on ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Must hold the ServiceNow CAD certification.
• Experience with multiple development methodologies.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of each stage of the software development and project life cycle.
• Able to interact with customers and end users to identify and document requirements.
• Experience with best practices for the full software development life cycle.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team with business and technical stakeholders and customers.
• Must have strong communications skills (oral and written).
• Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.

• Ensure tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and best-in-class user experience (UX) are fit for need/purpose for the 89 CS and Government business requirements.
• Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and business processes.
