Job summary

NikSoft Systems Corp seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain robust, bi-directional REST integrations between ServiceNow and our enterprise security ecosystem. You will bridge SOC and IT infrastructure, automating threat response and vulnerability remediation workflows while ensuring the platform remains reliable, secure, and scalable.

You will lead integration architecture, SIR/VR workflow design, and contribute to the roadmap while mentoring junior developers and enforcing

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on proficiency with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, App Engine, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow SIR and VR data models, modules, and workflows.
• Experience designing high-volume data ingestion patterns with rate limits, error logging, and avoiding infinite loop race-conditions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent hands-on enterprise engineering experience.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex requirements across remote, collaborative teams.

We are searching for a ServiceNow Developer to take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining robust, bi‑directional REST integrations between ServiceNow and our enterprise security ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Security Operations (SOC) and IT infrastructure, automating threat response and vulnerability remediation workflows while ensuring the platform remains reliable, secure, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Deliver Integrations: Design and develop seamless, bi‑directional REST integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub and App Engine to connect external SIEM/EDR tools, vulnerability scanners, and threat intelligence feeds.
• SecOps Solution Design: Lead the technical design, workflows, playbooks, and automations specifically for ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
• Roadmap & Strategy: Partner with security, risk, and platform stakeholders to guide the development roadmap, enforce platform guardrails, and align architectures with CSDM/CMDB frameworks.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), establishing coding standards, troubleshooting complex technical blockers, and mentoring junior development team members.

Required Skillset & Qualifications

• ServiceNow Expertise: Advanced, hands‑on proficiency with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, App Engine, and Scripted REST APIs.
• SecOps Specialization: Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow SIR and VR data models, modules, and workflows.
