9th Way Insignia in the United States is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and implement ITSM/ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform for government clients, ensuring secure, scalable operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS), and proven integration work using REST/SOAP, MID Server, and OAuth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or 5 years equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and OAuth.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow ITSM.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts, and provide ongoing support to ensure platform stability.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprints, standups, and retrospectives.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.

Team (Project) Introduction

9th Way Insignia is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform for the United States Patent and Trade Office (USPTO). The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, automating workflows, and integrating with third‑party systems to enhance business operations. This role requires a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITASM), and other ServiceNow modules.

A ServiceNow Developer aligns within 9 th way Insignia as an Engineer 2 . An Engineer 2 typically plans and directs research or development work on complex projects, along with engaging various parties in design and development. Costs and recommendations of new components may also involve part of the job scope. Performs multiple engineering‑related tasks in various assignments within the project and firm.

Salary Range

$78,522.52 - $111,784.72 USD
