The candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and strong scripting skills, including JavaScript and Glide, with experience in ITIL-aligned ITSM and related modules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, AngularJS).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and OAuth.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and their alignment with ServiceNow ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Customize applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB modules.

Team (Project) Introduction

9thWay Insignia is looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform for the United States Patent and Trade Office (USPTO). The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, automating workflows, and integrating with third-party systems to enhance business operations. This role requires a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITASM), and other ServiceNow modules.

An Engineer 2 typically plans and directs research or development work on complex projects, along with engaging various parties in design and development. Costs and recommendations of new components may also involve part of the job scope.Performs multiple engineering-related tasks in various assignments within the project and firm.

Preferred/Desired

Salary Range

$78,522.52—$111,784.72 USD
