Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server, and OAuth.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and how they align with ServiceNow ITSM.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and releases in coordination with ServiceNow best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and demonstrate configurations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and configuration guides.
