Job summary

Techaxis, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join the ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering team.

You will implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to automate business processes and deliver ITSM solutions that improve efficiency across multiple functions. The role requires 8+ years of experience, CSA and CAD certifications, and strong REST/JSON integration skills along with architectural knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and SecOps modules.
• Experience with integrations and API development (REST, JSON).
• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Conceptual architecture knowledge.
• Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge preferred.
• Responsible for timely delivery across the development life cycle.
• Provides estimates for design, build, test and implementation.
• Regular code reviews and mentoring in Scrum teams.
• Updates to program specs and implementation documentation.
• Consult product owners to drive requirements to success.
• Participate in Scrum with Jira.

Role - ServiceNow ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering

Experience Required -8+ Years

We are seeing an experienced ServiceNow developer on the ITSM & ITAM Platform Engineering team. In this position, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, driving business process automation, and delivering seamless ITSM solutions to improve efficiency across various business functions.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps
• Experience with integrations and API development (REST, JSON)
• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Conceptual architecture knowledge
• Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is Preferred.
• Responsible for the timely delivery of development projects and may be involved in all aspects of the development life cycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, implementation and documentation.
• Provides estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
• Undertakes regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards, providing coaching and mentoring on design and coding techniques to engineers in scrum team.
• Assists with updates to program specification/implementation documentation.
• Provides consultation to product owners with recommendations to drive their requirements to success.
• Participate as part of a scrum team applying agile principles and tools including Jira.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any
