Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Architect/Developer to design, customize, and optimize the ServiceNow platform for enterprise needs.

You will configure ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and build workflows using Flow Designer, plus develop integrations with REST/SOAP and external apps. Responsibilities include CMDB configurations, asset management, dashboards, and performance analytics, along with upgrades, testing, and deployment collaboration with analysts

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Configure ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

Knowledge of Service Catalog and Service Portal.

Experience with REST API and SOAP integrations.

Understanding of CMDB and Configuration Management.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting and application development.

Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security.

Familiarity with Git and update sets.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ITOM and Discovery.

Knowledge of Service Mapping and Event Management.

Experience with HRSD or CSM modules.

Familiarity with IntegrationHub.

Knowledge of Performance Analytics.

Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
