Ethereum Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, customize, and optimize ServiceNow applications and modules in a fast-paced environment in Dallas. You will configure ITSM processes, build workflows with Flow Designer, and develop integrations via REST/SOAP while collaborating with analysts and engineers.

The role requires strong scripting skills, CMDB knowledge, and experience with Service Catalog, UI policies, and security controls.

• Familiarity with Git and update sets.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Configure ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

Customize forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

Implement Service Catalog items and record producers.

Experience with HRSD or CSM modules.

Familiarity with IntegrationHub.

Knowledge of Performance Analytics.

Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
