Artifintech is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to join our delivery team in the United States. You will drive administration, development, and solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.

You will design scalable catalogs, Flow Designer workflows, CMDB and Discovery, and oversee upgrades and integrations while maintaining ITIL alignment. Excellent communication and leadership are essential to partner with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong admin, development, and solution architecture skills.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
• Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ServiceNow architecture and roadmap for enterprise deployments.
• Design and implement ITSM/ITOM/ITAM solutions aligned with ITIL practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable services.
• Mentor team members and govern best-practice development and integrations.

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and solution architecture.

Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.

Strong knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Portal.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.

Experience in workflow automation, integrations, platform upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ITIL Foundation
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Nice to Have

• DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
• Enterprise application integrations.
• Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
