Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform in the US. You will partner with business and technical teams to improve IT service management processes and deliver scalable ITSM solutions.

Responsibilities include developing and customizing applications, configuring workflows and the Service Catalog, and building REST/SOAP integrations while supporting platform upgrades and ongoing enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow development and ITSM modules.
• Proficient in configuring Service Catalog and workflows.
• Strong REST/SOAP integrations and platform administration.
