Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design and customize applications, configure ITSM processes, and build integrations with external systems. You will develop workflows using Flow Designer and ensure CMDB accuracy, dashboards, and performance analytics.

You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable IT service management solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise in ITSM modules and workflow configuration.
• Experience with scripting, including client scripts and server-side components.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Configure ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

Customize forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

Implement Service Catalog items and record producers.

Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.

Configure REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.

Implement CMDB configurations and asset management processes.

Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.

Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.

Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Knowledge of Service Catalog and Service Portal.

Experience with REST API and SOAP integrations.

Understanding of CMDB and Configuration Management.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting and application development.

Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security.

Familiarity with Git and update sets.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ITOM and Discovery.

Knowledge of Service Mapping and Event Management.

Experience with HRSD or CSM modules.

Familiarity with IntegrationHub.

Knowledge of Performance Analytics.

Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
