Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, customize, and optimize our ServiceNow environment. You will implement ITSM processes, build workflows, and create catalog items while integrating with external applications.

The role requires hands-on scripting, CMDB experience, and strong collaboration with analysts and architects to deliver reliable platform solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and workflow configuration.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, ACLs, and security.
• Experience building integrations via REST/SOAP.
• Ability to design CMDB configurations and asset processes.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Configure ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

Customize forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

Implement Service Catalog items and record producers.

Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.

Configure REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.

Implement CMDB configurations and asset management processes.

Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.

Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.

Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Expertise in ITSM modules and workflow configuration.

Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.

Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

Knowledge of Service Catalog and Service Portal.

Experience with REST API and SOAP integrations.

Understanding of CMDB and Configuration Management.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting and application development.

Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security.

Familiarity with Git and update sets.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ITOM and Discovery.

Knowledge of Service Mapping and Event Management.

Experience with HRSD or CSM modules.

Familiarity with IntegrationHub.

Knowledge of Performance Analytics.

Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
