Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, customize, and deploy enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will work across ITSM modules, catalog, CMDB, and integrations with external systems.

You will build workflows with Flow Designer, configure forms, business rules, ACLs, and UI policies, and implement REST and SOAP integrations. Collaboration with analysts and architects is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM and ITOM domains.
• Proficient in scripting, workflows, and configuration of modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and CMDB concepts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

Configure ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.

Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.

Knowledge of Service Catalog and Service Portal.

Experience with REST API and SOAP integrations.

Understanding of CMDB and Configuration Management.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting and application development.

Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security.

Familiarity with Git and update sets.

Preferred Skills

Experience with ITOM and Discovery.

Knowledge of Service Mapping and Event Management.

Experience with HRSD or CSM modules.

Familiarity with IntegrationHub.

Knowledge of Performance Analytics.

Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
