Machine Learning Technologies, LLC seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to advance ITSM processes.

Responsibilities include building and customizing applications, configuring workflows, and implementing Service Catalog. You will develop REST and SOAP integrations, troubleshoot platform issues, and participate in upgrades to enhance the platform.

Qualifications

• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expertise with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change Management.
• Proficient in Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
• Strong REST and SOAP integration capabilities.
• Administration and configuration of ServiceNow environments.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to improve IT service management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.

Configure workflows, business rules, and client scripts.

Implement Service Catalog and ITSM solutions.

Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.

Participate in platform upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with ServiceNow development.
