Job summary

American business solutions inc is seeking a ServiceNow developer for an on-site contract role at SOCC, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, supporting FedRAMP-regulated environments and enterprise initiatives.

Ideal candidates have CAD/CIS certifications and 5+ years of hands-on development, with strong collaboration skills and experience with integrations and secure development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, API integrations, scoped apps).
• Strong understanding of secure development in regulated environments (FedRAMP/GCC High).
• Experience supporting complex enterprise workflows, ServiceNow integrations, and release cycles.

• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience (Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, API integrations, scoped apps).
• Strong understanding of secure development in regulated environments (FedRAMP/GCC High).
• Experience supporting complex enterprise workflows, ServiceNow integrations, and release cycles.

Desired Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Developer‑adjacent, module‑specific, or similar.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Work Location & Contract Requirements

• On‑site only: SOCC, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Work performed within a FedRAMP‑regulated ServiceNow instance.
• Position supports ongoing enterprise initiatives, including release management, platform stability, ServiceNow integrations, and customer agency needs (as reflected in previous platform work and integrations).
