Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to deliver enterprise-level ServiceNow development for a Joint Base Andrews program. The role requires a TS clearance, US citizenship, and hands-on ITSM/ITBM/ITAM implementation experience.

The candidate will work with government stakeholders, ensure accurate requirements, and build robust service delivery workflows and dashboards supporting 89 CS and related government business needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in software development focused on ServiceNow.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Must hold the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Experience with multiple development methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of all stages of the software development and project life cycle.
• Able to interact with customers and end users to identify and document requirements.
• Experience with best practices for the full software development life cycle.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team with stakeholders and customers.
• Strong communications skills (oral and written) with a strong desire to learn.
• US citizenship and a current Top Secret clearance.

Abacus Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to provide application development support for an enterprise program at Joint Base Andrews. This is a full-time position.

• Provide full spectrum support for ServiceNow development to ensure process workflows and wireframes are developed in partnership with HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team or other Government defined business processes approved by the Government PM.


• Ensure tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and best-in-class user experience (UX) are fit for need/purpose for the 89 CS and Government business requirements.


• Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and business processes.

7+ years experience in software development focused on ServiceNow. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Must hold the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
