Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) on Joint Base Andrews, MD. This on-site, full-time role requires developing and tailoring ITSM workflows to meet DoD mission needs.

Ideal candidates hold US citizenship, a TS/SCI clearance, a ServiceNow CAD certification, and a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of DoD experience (8 years with a Master’s degree preferred). Travel up to 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Leader Command, Control, Communications Systems-Airborne (SLC3S-A) Operations and related missions.
• Support EACN Air to GIG Gateways (A2G2s), SIL, and GSOC operations.
• Drive EACN ServiceNow development; ensure workflows and wireframes align with DoD processes and EACN PM approvals.
• Deliver tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and a best-in-class UX for 89 CS and EACN requirements.
• Develop and implement ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules and related business processes.

Overview

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a ServiceNow Developerto provide support for the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) support task order, which provides Command, Control, Communications (C3) services for multiple critical U.S. Government missions via multiple Air to Global Information Grid (GIG) Gateways (A2G2’s) supported by a Systems Integration Lab (SIL).

This is a full-time position located on-site at Joint Base Andrews (JBA) in Andrews, MD.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Senior Leader Command, Control, Communications Systems-Airborne (SLC3S-A) Operations, Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Operations, Air Force Global Strike Command’s (AFGSC) E-4B aircraft, also known as the National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC), and U.S. Navy E-6B Mercury aircraft.
• Provide support to EACN Air to GIG Gateways (A2G2s), EACN Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL), and the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Provide full-spectrum support for EACN’s ServiceNow development to ensure process workflows and wireframes are developed in partnership with HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team or other Government-defined business processes approved by the EACN PM.
• Ensure tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and best-in-class user experience (UX) are fit for need/purpose for the 89 CS and EACN business requirements.
• Develop and implement IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules and business processes.
