Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation projects in a client-facing role.
• 1+ years of experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting process flows or user stories, and producing functional documentation.
• 1+ years of experience designing, configuring, or implementing ServiceNow solutions in ITOM, ITAM, IRM, Security Operations, or CIS-TPRM.
• 1+ years of experience configuring ServiceNow forms, workflows, notifications, or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements, user stories, and current/future state process flows.
• Analyze processes, controls, and tools to identify ServiceNow configuration opportunities.
• Contribute to functional design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions (forms, workflows, notifications, reports, dashboards, roles, access controls).
• Document data models, taxonomies, workflows, controls, and reporting requirements for governance use cases.
• Produce project artifacts (requirements docs, functional designs, test scenarios, training materials, release notes).
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to support demos, UAT, defect triage, training, cutover, and adoption.
