Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Manager to guide cyber risk strategy and deliver integrated risk and compliance solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will lead global teams, shape client engagements, and drive implementation of IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules across IT operations and security domains.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, certification pedigree, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while collaborating with executives

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow and enterprise risk management modules.
• Experience leading large ServiceNow implementations and consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for integrated risk management (IRM), governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) using ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA.
• Oversee delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Lead assessment, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB).
• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives, translating requirements into IT solutions.
• Contribute to practice development with go-to-market strategies and innovative ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow trends and emerging requirements.
