Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Cyber Manager specializing in ServiceNow to lead end-to-end multi-workstream delivery and client engagements on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. You will drive governance, manage budgets, coordinate onshore/offshore resources, and mentor teams while maintaining a strong focus on quality, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs or projects in a client-facing consulting or professional services role.
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience architecting ServiceNow security and risk modules (ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, or TPRM).
• 3+ years managing program financials, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and change control for ServiceNow programs.
• 3+ years managing distributed delivery teams, onshore and offshore, with 2+ full lifecycle implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition.
• Establish delivery governance and operating rhythms; drive backlog, sprint, and release planning across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and executive communications with clear KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore/offshore models; mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Oversee pre-sales through delivery handoff activities, including scoping, staffing plans, and transition-to-operations readiness.
