Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Manager in Cyber Strategy & Transformation to lead IRM, GRC, and SecOps initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. You will shape risk frameworks, oversee deployments, and mentor global teams to deliver high-quality cyber risk services.

You will work with executive stakeholders, translate business needs into strong technical solutions, and help craft innovative go-to-market strategies. Travel ~50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Tech Risk solution design and architecture.
• Proven ServiceNow implementation and integration experience.
• Previous consulting or Big4 experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% depending on client engagements.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IRM, GRC, and SecOps strategies on ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk frameworks using ServiceNow modules.
• Oversee ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions delivery.
• Lead configuration and deployment of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement with ServiceNow capabilities for cyber risk management.
• Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies with ServiceNow-based offerings.
• Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow trends.
