Deloitte in the United States is seeking a Cyber Manager - ServiceNow to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs across multiple workstreams. You will drive governance, staffing, budgeting, and risk management while coordinating with architects and product owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration (Required).
• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs or projects in a client-facing consulting or professional services role (Required).
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries using Agile or hybrid methodologies (Required).
• 5+ years of experience architecting solutions across multiple ServiceNow security/risk modules (ITOM/ITAM/IRM/SecOps/TPRM) (Required).
• 3+ years managing program financials, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and change control for ServiceNow programs (Required).
• 3+ years managing distributed delivery teams, with onshore/offshore resources, and 2+ full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations (Required).
• Ability to travel 50% on average (Required).
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available (Required).
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect / Architect certifications are preferred (Preferred).
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance platforms and NJ-specific frameworks is preferred (Preferred).
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition.
• Establish delivery governance and operating rhythms; manage backlog, sprint, and release planning across workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and executive communications; drive decisions, change control, and status reporting with KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore/offshore models; mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Oversee pre-sales through delivery handoff activities, including scoping, estimates, staffing, and transition readiness.
• Mentor teammates and provide clear guidance to others; ensure timely delivery and quality.
