Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Cyber Manager - ServiceNow to lead multi-workstream ServiceNow programs on the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality, coordinating across ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps and TPRM.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder management, and a strong delivery mindset with offshore/onshore teams to ensure successful go-live and transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs or projects in client-facing roles.
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries using Agile/hybrid methodologies.
• 3+ years managing ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, TPRM).
• 3+ years managing program financials, governance, and executive reporting.
• 3+ years leading distributed delivery teams (onshore/offshore).
• Ability to travel about 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs.
• Establish delivery governance, backlog, sprint and release planning.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors (onshore/offshore).
• Oversee pre-sales through delivery handoff, scoping and staffing.
• Mentor and guide team members and ensure quality outcomes.
