Job summary

CloudIngest INC is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CPQ Specialist with 10+ years experience to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of our ServiceNow SOM ecosystem. You will be the primary technical authority responsible for deploying and optimizing the native ServiceNow CPQ module.

You will bridge the gap between front-office sales operations and back-office order fulfillment, building attribute-based product configurators, pricing engines, and automated fulfillment workflows,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated ServiceNow experience with focus on CSM, OM, or SOM.
• Hands-on experience building attribute-based configuration rules and pricing matrices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of the ServiceNow CPQ module.
• Build and maintain attribute-based product catalogs using Logik.ai.
• Configure matrix pricing, multi-tier subscriptions, bundle discounts.
• Utilize Flow Designer and Integration Hub for quote approvals and e-signatures.
• Integrate Now Assist for CPQ to streamline conversational quoting.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and Legal to codify quoting policies.
