Job summary

Altera seeks a hands-on Sr. Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and CPQ.

You will own the Lead-to-Quote process, guiding architecture and providing hands-on technical direction using Salesforce and AI agents to improve quoting accuracy and deal speed. You will drive architectural designs, data models, and integration patterns, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure enterprise standards and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce Technical Solution Architect experience with CRM, CPQ, Revenue Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, pricing rules, bundles, invoicing, revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ; lead designs and proofs-of-concept.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical designs for data, automation, and UX.
• Design and build custom Agentforce agents and Claude-based agents in Salesforce.
• Lead discovery workshops to document current and future processes for Sales and Revenue Cloud.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT plans for Lead-to-Quote and CPQ workflows; support training materials.
