Job summary

Infobeans is seeking a skilled ServiceNow AI Architect to design and implement AI-powered solutions using Now Assist and GenAI. You will configure use cases across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM, and build AI-driven workflows with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.

You will optimize GenAI prompts, ensure secure data handling, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify scalable AI opportunities. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow and enterprise AI integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM.
• Configure Now Assist use cases and ensure secure, upgrade-safe implementations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms and external AI/LLM services.
• Strong troubleshooting, data security, and privacy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist and Generative AI capabilities.
• Configure and customize Now Assist use cases across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and other ServiceNow workflows.
• Develop and configure Virtual Agent, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, and automation workflows.
• Build AI-driven solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, Script Includes, APIs, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Configure and optimize GenAI skills, prompts, summarization, classification, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
• Integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities with enterprise applications and external AI/LLM services.
• Work with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to identify suitable AI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow AI solutions.
• Perform development, unit testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and upgrade-safe implementation principles.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.
