Job summary

Claddagh Resources is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to own end-to-end architecture, governance, and evolution of an IT Operations platform spanning ITOM, CMDB and Now Assist, in Edison, NJ onsite.

This is a customer-facing role: defend designs to senior stakeholders, lead RFP solutioning, and guide distributed solution and delivery teams while ensuring security, upgradeability, and scalable AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Service Management or IT Operations solution delivery.
• 10+ years of enterprise ServiceNow experience across ITOM, Now Assist, and CMDB.
• Proven experience designing and rolling out Now Assist and GenAI-enabled workflows.
• Deep understanding of major incident management, change risk, problem prevention, and service reliability.

Responsibilities

• Defend designs in front of senior stakeholders and govern solution architecture.

ServiceNow Solution Architect, IT Operations (ITOM + Now Assist)

Edison, NJ | Onsite | Full-time

Our client, a global technology and consulting leader, seeks a ServiceNow Solution Architect to own the end‑to‑end architecture, governance, and evolution of an enterprise IT Operations platform spanning ITOM, CMDB and service modeling, observability integrations, and Now Assist (GenAI).

In this role, ServiceNow serves as the system of record and execution control plane for IT Operations. The centerpiece of the mandate is delivering AI‑driven conversational and GenAI solutions that transform IT Operations productivity, self‑service adoption, and incident resolution outcomes, all while safeguarding platform scalability, security, compliance, and upgradeability. This is a customer‑facing architecture role: you will defend designs in front of senior stakeholders, lead RFP solutioning, and direct distributed solution and delivery teams.

What you bring:

• 10+ years in IT Service Management or IT Operations solution delivery
• 10+ years of enterprise ServiceNow experience across ITOM, Now Assist, and CMDB
• Proven experience designing and rolling out Now Assist and GenAI‑enabled workflows, including conversational AI integrated with automation and enterprise workflows
• Deep understanding of major incident management, change risk, problem prevention, and service reliability
• Proven experience integrating observability platforms with ServiceNow workflows
• Executive‑level communication with a strong governance and design authority mindset
• Ability to articulate AI solution value to both operations teams and leadership

Required certifications and credentials (at least one): ServiceNow CSA, CIS‑ITOM, Virtual Agent / Now Assist experience, or ITIL v4. Exposure to AIOps and automation frameworks preferred.
