The role requires experience in the Health Care or regulated industry, highlighting interpersonal skills and proven abilities in implementing and maintaining ServiceNow.

• Experience creating workflows and forms in ServiceNow
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels
• Demonstrated success implementing, supporting and maintaining ServiceNow
• Proven ability to create communication plans, readiness assessments and risk assessments for management
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow
• Experience working with the PPM and/or ITSM modules of ServiceNow
