Job summary

Voya Financial is seeking an ITSM professional to manage daily configuration management tasks and govern the enterprise CMDB from ServiceNow discovery to annual certification. You will own CI data quality and collaborate with Incident, Change and Problem management teams.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in ITSM, strong ServiceNow experience (CMDB/SAM), and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and application management. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in an ITSM role.
• 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow (CMDB and SAM knowledge a plus).
• Familiar with IT Infrastructure/systems and Application management.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent.
• ITIL v3/v4 foundation certified is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Configuration Management policy and standards.
• Agrees to scope of the configuration management processes and items to be controlled.
• Develops and facilitates CMDB procedures including regular health reviews.
• Processes CMDB changes and maintains data model accuracy.
• Communicates with CI Owners and supports Incident/Change/Problem management.
• Assists in annual CI accuracy certifications and reporting.
• Updates Knowledge Base articles as needed.
• Interacts with various IT and business teams to review configuration modeling during incidents.
