Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Systems Integration Advisor in New Orleans, LA to lead hands-on ServiceNow CMDB, Service Mapping, and SAM governance. You will collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and support teams to improve data quality, service visibility, and operational efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in IT with ServiceNow CMDB/Service Mapping/SAM, ITIL knowledge, and strong SQL, Power BI, Excel skills. Remote/onsite flexibility and core benefits are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of formal IT experience in a corporate IT environment, including hands-on ServiceNow administration, CMDB, Service Mapping, or Asset Management.
• 7+ years of Strong SQL, reporting, data analysis, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and cloud discovery.

Responsibilities

• Hands on administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow CMDB, Service Mapping, and SAM.
• Partner with infrastructure, application, cloud, and support teams to improve configuration data quality and service visibility.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and metrics to support business decisions.
