Job summary

Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping Consultant for a Managed Services engagement in the financial sector. You will own CMDB governance, data quality, discovery, service mapping, and change management processes to keep the environment accurate and compliant.

Strong hands-on ServiceNow CMDB expertise is required and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Establish CI Class ownership and audit controls.
• Ensure new CIs are identified and tracked through Change Management.
• Own Change Management process governance and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement with stakeholders to mature ServiceNow services.

Now Hiring: ServiceNow CMDB / Discovery / Service Mapping Consultant

Engagement: ServiceNow Managed Services for a Financial Services Client

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB / Discovery / Service Mapping professional to join our managed services engagement supporting a financial services client.

This role will take ownership of CMDB governance, data quality, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Change Management processes, helping ensure the ServiceNow environment remains accurate, compliant, and aligned with business and operational requirements.

• Own CMDB design, governance, and data quality, including completeness, correctness, and compliance across CI classes
• Support ServiceNow Discovery troubleshooting and optimization
• Manage Service Mapping adjustments and coverage expansion
• Monitor and improve CMDB Health
• Establish CI Class ownership and audit controls
• Ensure new Configuration Items (CIs) are properly identified and tracked through Change Management
• Own Change Management process governance, including:
• Change success metrics and reporting
• Approval workflow optimization
• Process compliance and continuous improvement
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to improve CMDB accuracy, governance, and overall ServiceNow platform maturity
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery
• Hands-on experience with Service Mapping
• Solid understanding of IT Change Management processes and governance
• Experience with CMDB data quality, governance, CI relationships, and health management
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements independently
