Foot Locker seeks a ServiceNow CMDB Manager to lead the CMDB roadmap, integrations, and data governance across ITSM, ITOM, SACM and related modules. The role focuses on architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing enhancements on the ServiceNow CMDB within the enterprise.

You will partner with Enterprise Architects and business units to ensure CI data accuracy, align with IT standards, and drive release planning. A strong background in CMDB, ITIL, and ServiceNow training is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with CMDB, IRE, Discovery and Reconciliation
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals and Configuration Compliance Essentials completed

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and design, develop and implement ITIL CMDB processes
• Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend efficient, cost-effective options
• Propose data model and design changes to processes and products
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Create technical design documents and ensure CMDB data integrity across CI lifecycle
