Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Manager to lead CMDB strategy, architecture, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, SACM, and Release Management. You will own the CMDB roadmap, backlog, design, and deployments, ensuring data integrity and alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities include developing data models, extensions to ServiceNow, creating test plans, and coordinating releases. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders to maintain CI

Qualifications

3+ years experience with CMDB, IRE, Discovery and Reconciliation
ITIL Foundation Certification
ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals
ServiceNow Configuration Compliance Essentials

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise, design, develop and implement ITIL processes where CMDB services are consumed by ITSM, ITOM, SACM, Knowledge, Demand and Release Management modules within ServiceNow platform
Develop technical design documents and extensions to ServiceNow data model
Designs and develops extensions to CMDB, SACM and other modules to meet requirements
Create and maintain system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery and testing
Lead CMDB health management to support CI relationships across IT lifecycle
