Job summary

Foot Locker seeks an experienced CMDB Manager to lead the ServiceNow CMDB program. You will own the CMDB architecture, data integrity, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, and SACM to drive enterprise IT transformation.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and enterprise architects to deliver scalable CMDB solutions aligned with corporate standards, governance, and security. This role requires strong subject matter expertise and a proactive design mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CMDB, IRE, Discovery and Reconciliation experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification required.
• ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals and CMDB data integrity knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input as technical product advocate to design and implement CMDB services across ITSM, ITOM, SACM, Knowledge, Demand and Release Management modules.
• Propose data model and process changes; translate requirements into functional/technical specs.
• Develop technical design documents and CMDB extensions for CMDB, SACM and related modules.
• Create and maintain CMDB architecture documentation and CI relationships across lifecycle.
• Plan tests, test scenarios, and coordinate releases and deployments.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
