Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Columbus, OH seeks an Engineer focused on CMDB governance and ServiceNow expertise. You will maintain CMDB accuracy, coordinate CI updates with cross-functional teams, and implement discovery and service mapping to support ITSM/ITOM processes.

Ideal candidates have ITIL v4 knowledge, data management skills, and experience with system integrations (SCCM, AD) to drive governance and continuous improvement. Salary range shown, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB design and governance.
• Knowledge of ITOM/ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
• Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping and ETL.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 and data management.
• Experience with integrations (SCCM, AD).

Responsibilities

• Maintain CMDB accuracy and enforce governance standards.
• Coordinate CI updates with network, application, and asset teams.
• Implement and monitor Discovery schedules and service maps.
• Perform data audits and resolve normalization issues.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and UAT for CMDB changes.
• Create and maintain SOPs and governance playbooks.
