Job summary

ICE is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia. You will design, implement, and sustain the ServiceNow IT Operations Management platform, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow and infrastructure, excelling in problem-solving and decision-making within a dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in ServiceNow and infrastructure/systems.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, reporting, and dashboards.
• Hands-on understanding of servers, networks, and cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve ITOM processes and systems.
• Maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB accuracy.
• Troubleshoot discovery and integration issues across platforms.
