The Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a qualified contractor for the ServiceNow Administrator role based in Atlanta, GA. You will support configuration and asset management and administer ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and related modules.

Responsibilities include developing standard IT configuration methodologies, maintaining CI data accuracy, and conducting audits and reporting. You will collaborate with ITSM teams to implement robust governance and self-service workflows.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing and managing ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and related ITAM processes.
• Ability to develop CMDB policy, processes and knowledge base.
• Proven track record in configuration management across ITSM tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing standard IT configuration and asset management methodology.
• Develop CMDB policy, processes, and knowledge base.
• Conduct reporting on configuration audits and reconciliation.
• Maintain CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness.
• Drive visibility on process adherence and governance improvements.
• Collaborate with ITSM processes to support or replace requirements with Configuration management.
