• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management and asset/CI life-cycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day CMDB administration, ensuring accurate records.
• Manage and validate CI relationships to support impact analysis.
• Develop and run CMDB reports for stakeholders.
