Job summary

United Talent Agency (UTA) seeks an Enterprise ServiceNow Engineer - CMDB to lead CMDB governance and data quality. You will administer ServiceNow, drive CSDM adoption, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and application teams to ensure accurate modeling of services and assets.

The role emphasizes governance, dashboards, and continuous improvement to support ITSM, Asset, and Change processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or equivalent.
• 5+ years managing or supporting an enterprise CMDB.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, IRE, and CSDM.
• Experience with enterprise applications and application portfolio concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux, networking, cloud, and endpoint management.
• ServiceNow CSA or Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern UTA's CMDB; maintain policies and procedures.
• Administer and enhance ServiceNow CMDB functionality.
• Configure Discovery, IRE, and related CMDB capabilities.
• Support Service Mapping and CSDM implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with owners to model applications and services in the CMDB.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor CMDB health.
• Drive data quality and governance improvements.
• Partner with multiple teams to ensure accurate configuration data.
