Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Business and Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology teams. You will analyze needs, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria to support ServiceNow initiatives.

You will collaborate with leaders, project managers, developers, and platform admins to deliver enhancements, integrations, and workflow automation while ensuring delivery and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge and experience collaborating with business and IT teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in SDLC delivery and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify needs and opportunities for process improvements.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and ServiceNow development team.
• Define value, priorities, success metrics, and implementation requirements.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and UAT.
• Support SDLC delivery, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses.
