Qualifications

• Five+ years as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and Service Catalog modules.
• Excellent communication skills and an active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance.
• Cybersecurity-focused delivery to federal customers with a team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document business processes and requirements.
• Analyze as-is processes and design to-be workflows using ServiceNow best practices.
• Create functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and conduct gap analyses.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for ServiceNow solutions.
