- Federal/DoD project experience preferred.
- Strong with Agile delivery and traceability.
Responsibilities
- Gather business needs and process requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop user stories with acceptance criteria for sprints.
- Document flows, use cases, and functional specs.
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state.
- Facilitate workshops with business users and technical teams.
- Translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
- Support UAT including test case development and defect validation.
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and demos.
- Assist with change management and training materials.
