Job summary
Chenega MIOS is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to support NGA initiatives in a secure, mission-driven environment. You will translate complex requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and collaborate with architects, developers, and mission stakeholders to drive IT service delivery improvements.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow focus.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into automated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with NGA EMS stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Own the requirements lifecycle with FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
- Support integration of enterprise monitoring tools into ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and developers to prioritize backlog.
- Lead UAT, develop test scripts, and ensure alignment with DoD standards.
- Prepare briefings, demonstrations, and training materials for stakeholders.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous service improvement.
