Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ServiceNow BA/Administrator to lead stakeholder workshops, define agile user stories with acceptance criteria, and coordinate with IT teams to groom backlogs and manage sprint scopes. The role covers ITSM, ITAM, and Employee Center Pro, with responsibilities for UAT planning, training, and knowledge base optimization.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in ServiceNow BA roles, strong Agile experience, and the ability to translate complex systems for end users.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a BA or administrator role within ServiceNow.
2+ years in Agile / Scrum environments.
Ability to translate complex systems into understandable user guidance.

Responsibilities

Host stakeholder workshops and perform gap analyses.
Build structured agile user stories with explicit acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with developers, architects, and product owners to groom backlogs and manage sprint scopes.
Map functional adjustments across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITAM, and Employee Center Pro.
Design UAT test scripts, manage testing cohorts, and validate feature performance before deployment.
Build and deliver interactive training programs (live and virtual).
Create standard operational guides and knowledge base resources.
Produce quick-reference assets, videos, and documentation.
Draft release notes and system announcements for business partners.
