NextPath Workforce Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join a client team. This remote, direct-hire role requires 5+ years of BA experience, CSA certification, and related credentials.

Salary ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 per year, with sponsorship not available. Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, translating needs into technical specs, creating BRDs/FRDs, and supporting change management across projects.

Competenze

5+ years of business analysis experience focusing on requirements gathering and process improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Active ServiceNow CSA certification.
CBAP/PMI-PBA or equivalent business analysis certifications.
ServiceNow CIS certification and agile certifications (e.g., CSM/ICAgile).

Mansioni

Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements via interviews and workshops.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT solutions.
Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
Lead requirements sessions, UAT, and validation activities.
Create BRDs and FRDs, plus process documentation.
Support project teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and analyze data for decisions.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Lead change management and provide training on process improvements.
Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and maintain stakeholder relationships.
