• 6+ years of experience as a business or functional analyst in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow workflows, processes, or modules.
• Experience developing business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting Agile development including backlog refinement and sprint readiness.
• Ability to create conceptual models, process flows, and functional specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and operational requirements for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, VR).
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and diagrams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and administrators across program teams.
• Support design reviews, sprint activities, and release readiness checkpoints.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and stakeholder meetings; document decisions and risks.
