Qualifications

• Four years minimum experience eliciting requirements and documenting business processes with ServiceNow.

• SDLC knowledge and agile implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Create epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Develop business and system requirements, designs, and test plans.
• Evaluate processes and technology solutions; recommend improvements.
• Interface with the development team and prepare deliverables.
