Job summary

DMI is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to set and enforce the technical direction of the ServiceNow platform for the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms. You will translate business needs into designs, and provide technical leadership to developers and administrators in a secure, governed environment.

You will establish standards, manage environment strategy, and evaluate customization versus out-of-the-box solutions to ensure maintainable and upgradeable platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• ITIL certification and ServiceNow certification or equivalent platform expertise.
• Demonstrated experience leading ServiceNow architecture and design on enterprise implementations.
• Depth across the platform core data model, integration patterns, and instance strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs aligning with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Own design/configuration documentation including architecture, configurations, integrations, and data structures.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, design patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators and mentor junior staff.
